Individual Adult Therapy
Practitioners at The Relationspace provide individual therapy to adults who are dealing with relationship breakdown, separation or divorce. In this context, practitioners assist individuals with a range of issues, including: grief and loss, depression, anxiety, trauma, anger-management, alcohol or drug use problems, or confidence/self esteem issues.
Practitioners use evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
