Natalie Schembri

Natalie is one of our welcoming receptionists, who has worked in a variety of fields, including sales, finance, customer service and medical administration.

Four years ago, Natalie transitioned into a role as a medical receptionist, drawn to provide support and comfort to families. She is a good listener and has an empathetic nature, which leaves a lasting impact on everyone she encounters. She has a warm and caring demeanour and a genuine interest in people, taking the time to build connection and establish rapport.

As being the initial contact with clients, she understands the importance of that first call for ensuring a professional and stress-free introduction to our practice.

In her spare time, Natalie enjoys the company of her wonderful family and friends, going on hikes, and travelling with her husband to all parts of the world.
